Joao Marrime was a special guest in Homoine and Maxixe before becoming a POSITIVO member. A famous Mozambican artist and musician with his band ‘Os Justiceiros’, he lives in Inhambane and is involved in many activities, including the direction of the Cine-Teatro Tofo in Inhambane and the coordination of cultural projects against HIV-AIDS. He speaks local languages fluently, brings great value to POSITIVO shows and helps organising equipment.
Marie D’Arenberg has worked for the UN in several countries around the world. Now living in Tofo, she brings her knowledge of international organisations and helps us finding partners. She also documents workshops and activities through pictures and written reports.
David Charley is a film-maker in Tofo (Sangue Bom). His quality filming and highly positive spirit are of a great value to POSITIVO. He will attend workshops in 2008 and produce POSITIVO movies from his professional studio based in Tofo.
Wolf-Dieter Grabner is an austrian photograph and web designer. He is currently managing POSITIVO website. His work can be seen on www.theflow.cc
Bernd Pueribauer is an austrian artist (phtograph, designer and musician) associated to Roland Pickl in the band TURBODELI. He designs POSITIVO’s logos and CD covers. His work can be seen on www.pueribauer.com
Dr. Meihnard Knitel is the austrian doctor of Mangunde. Also a musician and a movie-maker, he had the original idea of the pilot project in Mangunde and has been of great help to make POSITIVO project become a reality.
Dr. Helen is a doctor at the Homoine hospital. She helped organising Homoine workshop.
Ian Hefele is a Peacecorp volunteer in Homoine. He gathered pupils and helped dealing with administrative matters in Homoine.
Luiz Enrique and Omar Tomaz are two brazilian anthropologists who followed Homoine workshop and gave us their expert advise on POSITIV’s work. Their interview is available here.
